Every day corporation do something worse and worse and they wind up paying less and less in fines

You want fines? Start at 100% of what they gained from their misdeeds

And if corporations are people then punish them like people. Corporate death penalty (judicial dissolution) for the worst offenders

When the punishment for a crime is a fine then the laws only apply to the poor.

There's no such thing as a fine for parking in the wrong spot, it's a cost of doing business. Oh course, that's facetious coming from me, but not coming from rich people.
