There aren't many game soundtracks that are able to make me emotional like the Persona soundtracks are, but the Trails series, and Zero no Kiseki (Trails from Zero) in particular is one of them. Listening to this reminds me why I love those isometric PSP Trails games so much, with their tiny little characters that I care so much about

@COMPU73E This song is wicked good! Falcom Sound Team is the entire reason I got into their games 😅. Heard the music first on YouTube for Ys and checked it out after, Sunshine Coastline is a banger.
I really like Inevitable Struggle from Azure, got me into the soundtrack for trails games. I kinda wanna play it now that they ported it but feel like I should start with Sky first and then I never end up doing it 😅
@Akari yeah the Trails series does require a significant time investment, but it's so worth it. Those early PSP games are some of my favourite games of all time.
I'm not really a fan of where they took the series with Cold Steel, but Sky and Crossbell are ❤️
@Akari I started with Cold Steel 1 and 2, then went back and played Sky 1 and 2 (not played 3) and then the fan translations of Zero and Azure (the official releases weren't out at the time)
That's an ok way of doing it, as CS 1-2 are kinda self contained and don't really spoil much apart from a few things, but I wouldn't play CS 3 before playing the earlier games
