If you’d like to help the WGA writers DIRECTLY, FINANCIALLY, after reading the quotes in Deadline from studio/streamer execs about how they won’t talk to them until at least October, want them to start losing their apartments and homes, and want their kids to have a lousy Christmas:

there’s an option for that HERE on their website near the bottom. It even lets you specify which type of writers you wish to support and it’s tax deductible.

@JoParkerBear @seachanger if you value unions give a bit to the WGA strike fund. As usual execs want to crush the unions as a reflexive act of end stage capitalism. Negotiations are not seen as a way to mitigate damage to both sides - the harms and damage are seen as a strategic way to retain power and an end in itself.
