I’ll be speaking on Mark 2:1-12, where Jesus heals a paralyzed man who is brought & carried by his friends (& who lower him down through the roof).

What stands out to you in this passage?

@timamor I find it interesting that no one says anything about the hole in the roof. I don't know if the roofs at the time were super easy to remove and replace, but I love that the general consensus seems to be "yeah, fair call" and not "you property damaging hooligans! Could you not just have waited??"
After all, what's a roof compared to a human's health - and still more, to a human's soul?
