This is exactly the kind of society the reactionary majority on the Supreme Court wants: Every business in the country gets to claim they are engaging in expressive behavior and then discriminate against whatever protected group they don’t like - because “free speech.”

This is going to get so much worse, and fast. There is absolutely no limiting principle in Gorsuch’s opinion: It just opens the door for discrimination in the public square based on identity - any identity, really.

@tzimmer_history Does this mean it's time for business owners and "creatives" to test discrimination against white right wing christians? Hard to tell who they are but simply putting up a sign would be enough of a test.
