If we manage to get to 67 Dem Senators somehow, would it be in any way conceivable that the unqualified jurists who are certifiably bats**t crazy could be removed?

We had it in 2009. If Republicans continue their self immolation program (#TheRepublicanPartyMustDie), it could happen again. To do so, Dems must convince small states that they will be looked after and the pro-Putin fanatical pseudo-news sources need to be knocked down. Fox is on its way. We'll see.

Right. Good old mis-memory. We had 60 -- enough to vote for cloture on a filibuster, but that falls short of impeachment. More laws should have disqualification consequences written into them, even if an acknowledgement of it has to be amended into the Constitution. E.g. bribery should be a disqualifier, saying nothing about aiding and abetting a foreign adversary.
