Confession time . I tend to get hooked on book series . I read for ex 6 books and if I read one after the other, I can rank them and kinda know what happened in which right away , but if time passes ( months , years) , even if I reread some parts often , I can’t tell which part was in which book , it all flaws together as one story .Happened with Asoif, Expanse, Old man’s war, Kingkiller Chronicle ,Murderbot diaries, Slough House series, The Rampart trilogy, Red Rising and so on .
@szegfu_
I always get Storm of Swords and Clash of Kings confused
@durrandon so I am not the only one . It always confuses me when people talk about not liking Feast for example . Why ? Isn’t that the one Nimble Dick is in? Lol. Or maybe it’s another .🤷🏻‍♀️

@szegfu_ Feast is great, but I had the privilege of reading it just as Dance was coming out. For people waiting years to find out what happened to their favorite characters only to get a book that was about new and side characters, then waiting more years for Dance, I get that it was frustrating.

It's much better on a reread after reading Dance. George gave us the book we needed instead of the book we expected. (Brienne's Feast arc is a masterpiece, Nimble Dick is just pure bonus.)
