Big Agro houdt alleen van innovatie als het helpt om veeboeren nóg meer te laten investeren en onnozele politici wijs te maken dat de veestapel dan niet hoeft te krimpen. @RoosVonk I also would not want to have lab-meat alongside to no gmo-meat.

I think the nitrogen problem needs to be solved in a different way.
On one side we try to dump nitrogen as the animals produce it, on the other side we use a lot of natural gas to produce fertilizer out of that.

A factory, maybe even paid with govt money to transform animal excrements into a tradable good would solve 2 problems there.

@mcfly @RoosVonk This is no solution it only makes that a system of importing a lot of nutrients from countries that produce animal feed to places where there are already to much nutrients continues. There are many problems with the environmental impacts of those factories in the Netherlands.
