Submitted a pull request for updating the #homeassistant mastodon integration.

Added the ability to add media, set the visibility via target to public, private, unlisted, direct, as well as set a content_warning to hide post behind spoiler text, and the ability to mark media as sensitive.

First contribution to core so we will see how it goes….
