That's a really good question! I'm amazed to find there doesn't seem to be.
Maybe self-hosting people just self-host on single user instances rather than gather on a shared instance?
Regardless, you should be able to find a lot of people to talk to about this on here, it's a very popular topic. Maybe try following lots of hashtags on the topic like #SelfHosting, #HomeServers etc?
