@marionsd I live in a USDA complex, we got notice last year that they were asking for a rental increase through HUD to cover increased maintenance costs. Then they stopped mowing the lawn or picking up garbage. Some little kids here were playing with a prescription bottle and a nip bottle that have been sitting outside for weeks, someone’s bathroom garbage opened up behind the dumpster and it’s been sitting there for weeks. Pretty much as soon as they got authorization to increase the rent to cover the increased maintenance cost they stopped doing any maintenance unless you call five times and flip out.
