David Gorski, MD, PhDSo I'm not really sure how I'm going to figure out which Twitter alternative I'll adopt as my main one. That's why I'm going to post some of the same stuff on Bluesky, Threads, Mastodon, and Twitter and then just compare what happens. I don't know what else to do. This will likely take quite some time before I settle on a platform.
Alvaro Ibanez@gorskon I'm rooting for either here or, in second place, Bluesky. Both have their pros and cons, but Threads just sounds like an absolute nightmare
