JB EmmonsI sometimes wonder whether the plastics and other chemicals permeating all of our food and drink are having a significant effect on behaviour both at the individual and the social levels, i.e. upswings in political violence and so forth.
It's just a theory, and one I'm not sure I believe myself. But I can't imagine this situation is good for us.

A government study says nearly half of the tap water in the US contains potentially harmful compounds known as “forever chemicals.” The US Geological Survey said that PFAS chemicals are found in private wells in addition to public systems.
