Y'all, we can't be residents of the #DMV without talking about #politics

Let me start. It is probably because Americans have been overloaded with #MAGA bullshit the past 7 years, but I can not believe that Governor #Youngkin got away with trying #AntiChoice legislation after polls showed most of the people in #Virgina wantedto preserve legal rights to #abortions

He should have been **LOUDLY** accused of being anti-democratic.

@vegdc @Nazani setting aside whatever reasonable policy is left within their Overton window (if any), so much of this conservative culture war legislation is wildly unpopular. I would like to think that will matter but the cynic in me says it won't, and that they just want the outcome at any cost.
