Briala@kcfromaustcrime I deleted the Facebook app years ago for several reasons, but the excessive permissions was one of them. Looks like Meta are still making the same mistake.
@static I guess they can get away with it because the great majority of people don't care / refuse to understand.
The same people that whinge constantly about how they keep getting ads served to them that match whatever they searched for and how does it know and why does this keep happening and whatever else they are banging on about as I'm heading the other way from them at a million miles an hour.
