@Acilius @Chrishallbeck : I went with "too disabled to work anymore" as a solution. No more colleagues XD
@ladyteruki Yeah the person that inspired this no longer works at that company and neither do I.
@Chrishallbeck : when you can't change the culture, that's usually the next best option :) I hope you can enforce your boundaries more easily now.
