All cooked on an electric grill powered by our solar array

Home-made ice cream using local milk/cream and egg yolks from our hens.

Home-made meringue using the whites from the same eggs we used for the ice cream.

Home-made oat/raisin rock cakes

*yes, there are still some emissions form things that we didn’t grow… but our house is all electric and we have solar ;)
