Venezuelan scientist receives Unesco world prize.
The Venezuelan professor and theoretical physicist, Anamaría Font, received worldwide recognition in June from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco) as a scientist chosen by the region of Latin America and the Caribbean, during the ceremony of the 25th International Prize “Women and Science” 2023.
