Exactly. Twitter had done a decent job of ferreting out the swarm-bots and Trump-trolls. Then Musk turned them all loose again; like Trump opened a prison in Afghanistan to free 5000 Taliban and Al Qaeda terrorists in the deal he signed for US withdrawal, then blamed Biden for the debacle that followed.
Dictators want chaos. It helps them take advantage, cover for their nefarious deeds.
