Don't you just love it when you work in customer service and you get that one customer who *really* pushes their luck?

I had someone in my job today who literally demanded I gave her money back on her bill because she had to wait for a long time to get through on the phone. I was thinking 'Seriously? If I gave back money to every caller who had a long wait on the line, the company I work for would be going into administration!'

@BECW2001 The worst thing is when they leave a bad survey afterwards. It's literally the most crushing thing, when you log into your work system, and somebody has left you a '0' because 'They didn't answer the phone straight away'.

I swear sometimes customers expect there's a little siren that rings shouting their name whenever they ring through. 'Oh no, Maggie from Shropshire is unable to use our services! Better hang up my call with John from Southampton and answer her right away!'
