I use InDesign. It's an expensive option, but makes sense for me personally because I also use Illustrator and Photoshop a lot.

ID also has an obscure feature I use on nearly every project: inline grep styles. I use them to auto-format certain words and symbols.

For example, you can tell it to make every occurrence of a bracketed keyword blue, and it updates automatically even if I change or add text.

AFAIK the other best option, Affinity, doesn't have that.
