Any suggestions about where I could buy junket tables (rennet tablets) in small amounts? Online they come in a pack of 12 boxes of 8 tablets each, which is a lot.
Alternatively, any recipes for making junket (as someone from the 1940s would remember) using a different coagulation agent?

@kdnyhan have you tried health food stores, whole foods or if you have any cheese makers local to you. You can buy animal and vegetable rennet.
