Hi all! From now on, memes are forbidden on c/Games. A few days ago, we asked you [https://lemmy.world/post/853166] what you like: memes or no memes. From this, the vast majority voted for a ban on posting memes. The most common argument was to guard the quality of the posts. This will therefore be enforced from now on. Are memes being posted? Please report them to the mods. The memes currently posted on the community will remain. We as a mod team cannot verify if the give-away is real or if it is a scam. To ensure everyone’s safety, we have decided not to allow these posts either.
