I don't know what I did but I seem to have a Twitter account that is extremely limited in what I can do. The last thing I did was read tweet my friend Tom's status who is in the same boat.

Apparently I can like and retweet but I can't tweet, respond, quote retweet, or direct message. The app on my phone won't reload so I don't see any tweets that are newer than six hours old. They do seem to reload on my iPad.
