I don't know what I did but I seem to have a Twitter account that is extremely limited in what I can do. The last thing I did was read tweet my friend Tom's status who is in the same boat.

Apparently I can like and retweet but I can't tweet, respond, quote retweet, or direct message. The app on my phone won't reload so I don't see any tweets that are newer than six hours old. They do seem to reload on my iPad.

@gpatrick now, think of how it is for the tech-challenged.

At least you have a good idea about workarounds, code correction, and other knowledge based solutions.

@gpatrick Here's one solution, don't bother going back there 😏 (after you put your Mastodon deets in your handle or bio). I miss miltwitter a lot but for me personally, I feel providing traffic to twitter these days is a morally dubious choice.
