It looks like twitter still isn't recovered... the rate limit has switched from stopping you viewing, to stopping you posting or messaging...

Either that or my android app is a bot now.

@tazwake yeah I can load more tweet than I could earlier, can like & RT but fresh tweets are a no go apparently

Can read, rt, like as much as I want.

I can't post, quote tweet or DM.
