While this is worth celebrating, under the #refugeebanbill trafficking victims will no longer be able to access modern slavery protections, and risk being removed to countries, such as Albania, where they face increased risks of exploitation.
We have seen significant improvements in recognition of trafficking victims by frontline services over the years. We are in danger of backsliding on that progress.
