📍These excellent investigators were not testing that theory but rather the idea that preventing overt clotting might help

@WesElyMD considering microclots and clotting in general is accompanied by platelet activation, itd be nice to see antiplatelet(s) + dabigatran (potentially better fibrinolytic properties vs DOAC)
