#Dinner tonight prepared with the help of my sister, brother and grandmother. Skin on salmon fillets seasoned generously with salt, coarse black pepper, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Sautéed in butter and topped with a brown sugar glaze. Served with corn hash, roasted cauliflower, sweet potato fries, apple coleslaw and lemon wedges.
The salmon was my work and I’m really proud of it. I’m told it was excellent! #cooking
