All the main cast are Muppets. The Fremen are all real cats. Sardaukar are real geese. Sandworms are giant CGI Emus.
Baron Harkonnen is the only main character who is human. Played absolutely serious by Jack Black
Now -> What I love about this is you don't have to know anything at all about Dune - just 'Muppets' & 'Jack Black' together will have people lining up out the door and down the block to buy tickets. 😃
