@Alomeli I do ok, I don’t do like the super challenging stuff like Healing Vision much or Afronova style songs because they’re difficult but I feel it’s lacking musicality.
I find ones that have a good syncopation, but melodic tendencies and my favourites are Bossa Nova styles, DJ Taka (he does a lot of classical mashups with electronic) and anything Orange Lounge does or Togo Project.
@Alomeli I’m building VO2 Max capacities and speed endurance to use up more carbs effectively and pushing it to Zone 4 and Zone 5 is one of the known ways to do it through Interval Training (which is what DDR is - Intervals) but more fun obviously….! I do this two to three times a week in this Zone. Overdoing Zone 5 is bad. 1 minute or 2 minutes in a half hour is reasonable. 😃 I’m probably fairly fit.
They calculate my Max HR as if I’m younger so I have more room to operate in as well.
