What "third generation" Trek is worth watching?

I started with Star Trek after watching the Star Trek (2009) movie in college. After that I went wild watching everything I could since I was young with loads of time. IMO the only new Trek that I've watched and enjoyed without reservation is Star Trek: Lower Decks. I've heard Picard Season 3 is also very good and can be watched as a stand-alone but I haven't got around to it yet. I enjoyed a couple of episodes of Strange New Worlds, but I'm not sure I'm enjoying the series as a whole yet - I'll give it another season and we'll see.

Everything else has been a disappointment to me, or outright repellent. Modern Trek seems to have lost track of what makes Star Trek Star Trek, except ironically enough for the one that's a parody of Star Trek. I guess in order to properly parody something you have to first understand it.

I just want a modern Trek that feels like TNG/Voyager. I trudged through 4 seasons of Discovery and didn't like it, but Picard was alright. I have yet to try Strange New Worlds or Lower Decks, so I'm hoping those are better.
They should scratch your itch, I think.
Great, thanks!
