“Stand Your Ground” laws are a cover for anyone to be able to shoot at anyone else they feel threatened by, whether or not that’s true, with no consequences. They need to go.

Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law is applicable to the situation and the man who fired won’t face charges.

@TonyStark thankfully the pool guy didn't actually get shot while this nutter fired 30 shots into the unknown from behind his sofa through the curtains... Pretty sure this violates basically every rule of gun safety, but who needs responsibile/well-regulated gun owners when the words "shall not be infringed" increase profit so much...
