“Stand Your Ground” laws are a cover for anyone to be able to shoot at anyone else they feel threatened by, whether or not that’s true, with no consequences. They need to go.

Pinellas County Sheriff Bob Gualtieri said Florida’s Stand Your Ground Law is applicable to the situation and the man who fired won’t face charges.
