“Stand Your Ground” laws are a cover for anyone to be able to shoot at anyone else they feel threatened by, whether or not that’s true, with no consequences. They need to go.

Just like "qualified immunity," these laws must be just stripped out of the judicial system. They're abused far, far more than they're useful.
