It’s funny how people who boosted early did it to troll me and the people replying after it’s been boosted a million times somehow think I was trying to get my post boosted 😂
But no, I was actually calling out how boost culture makes it so that I have to scroll through tons of context-less posts and try to make sense of them. It’s very tiring for someone who really just wants to catch up with friends.
Phil Sherry@shantini Too many people are like “I must boost *every* post!” It makes for a noisy time line. Once figuring out the main culprits, turning off reposts for just two or three people usually does it for me.
