I think my life's stretch goals have to be:

1. Write fantasy series
2. Deliberately do not mention ethnicity or skin colour of the characters
3. Wait for the Netflix adaptation
4. Write another installment that then specifically contradicts every casting choice in Step 3
5. Cackle in chaotic neutral

@Rhodium103 my daughters favorite character in Across the Spider-Verse is Spider Punk. She feels very much seen, which happens rarely for her with big budget animated movies like that. And the movie is really well done in every way. It’s in a league of its own. She’s taken to drawing her own character. I’m grateful we have that now. It wasn’t the case when I was her age.
