Hey @academicchatter and @phdstudents !

Please consider working with a #librarian or #informationist to help you brainstorm author supplied keywords for your next manuscript. Our expertise in searching will help guarantee your research is returned in searches for #SystematicReviews and other #EvidenceSynthesis projects, and therefore cited in those same projects. Not to mention better term selection makes for higher recall (and therefore more citations!).

SEO but for papers instead of websites, and to get citations instead of advertising dollars πŸ€ͺ
@msjennmo @academicchatter @phdstudents @medlibs
And your friendly local academic librarian will discuss author keywords and retrieval of your paper by interested readers with you for free, instead of some shady adtech broker charging you gobs of money for SECRET TRICKS TO HACK PAGERANK!!!!!!
@msjennmo @academicchatter @phdstudents @medlibs librarians rule. One of the best things my BSN program did was bring a librarian into our research class to show us how to use all the tools and how to contact the librarians for help. Then, they did it again in graduate school.
It would be great if this could begin even sooner.

Agreed, librarians are an under-valued resource for SLRs! πŸ˜€
