Reading e-books I've legally purchased in a format I choose shouldn't have to be this bloody hard. I could understand it if I wanted to steal them but I don't. I want to support writers then read my books in an app that isn't a pile of garbage. That's all.
There's Anna's Archive, but there has to be a better way. I couldn't find the UK edition of a book I bought, so getting the US one off there felt like stealing.
@amorphisbear a search engine for e-books available on more than likely dodgy websites.
@KaraLG84 @amorphisbear This site is amazing. Wish I'd known about it sooner
@stirlock @amorphisbear I feel like we shouldn't be talking about it much on here because of how dodgy it is. Could go against instance rules no matter how I'm personally using it.
@KaraLG84 @stirlock @amorphisbear It's funny, it even has a wikipedia article and they even want you to talk about it. Says so on the page. Feels so dangerous... Living on the edge.
