This is so dreamy. Will there be bonfires in any towns. Here on the island these are spread through 3 days June 21 - 23. AND, no fireworks. Head suve algust

@Island_Martha Not really a thing here, though I’ve often joined friends for a ‘barbecue’ on the beach. Not this year, unfortunately.

Thanks. This is absolutely the biggest most important holiday of our year. The lines for cars without reservations waiting to get on a ferry to cross to the island are hours long. Restaurants and terraces especially in the centre are buzzing with happy people who had reserved and or got here early. It's actually fun. I'm going to the town's bonfire on Friday; will try to get some photos
