E_Nonymouse@juglugs When i was quite young, long ago now, the teachers took the position of just telling students 'this is a quiet period where you may reflect, do homework or whatever you choose for the next 15 mins as long as its quiet'.
Instead of telling people what they can't do, why not just do that?
