A bit more than 30 years ago at age 21 I was told I had arthritis. 10 years before I was told my difficulty writing was because I was taught the wrong hand. Between those years, I had grown so careful in choosing words to write because each had cost that I grew to love writing. Within a day of diagnosis, I bought a wonderful, costly on teller pay Mont Blanc. It was my best reminder that I could love what I chose to do more than it could hurt.
