1. It's so exciting to see people finally taking back social media from the big corporations. We still have a long way to go, but I was surprised to see how lively #mastodon and the #fediverse already are.

Just like @EposVox said: the net is healing.

Also shoutout to @feditips for making the onboarding process a whole lot easier!

2. I'm learning Phoenix #LiveView with a small side project. It's amazing how straightforward it is to get a webapp up to speed. No weird framework-specific syntax to learn, just good old #elixir and function calls. And you get to avoid most of the javascript!

3. I've been using my #BulletJournal for two years at this point and it's been at the center of organizing my life since. The internet is full of pictures of people making their journals beautiful with drawings and colorful highlighters, but at the core it's a very simple and functional paper-based framework, and that's also how I use it.

Unfortunately, it seems that the official website has only been interested in selling books and courses for a while now, but you can still access the concise tutorial as it was when I was learning:

Thanks, @internetarchive !

6. #HealthyGamerGG is a youtube channel, where Dr. K, a clinical psychiatrist makes videos about why we humans feel all those bad stuff we sometimes do. The dude has such a calming presence and is great to listen to. He has plenty of informative type videos, where he gives great general advice.
But my favorites are the multi-hour one-on-ones with other people, usually streamers. These are very similar to therapy sessions, but of course can't be called that for legal and ethical reasons.

Most of the times I don't know the person who he's talking to, but as the conversation unfolds I get heavily invested in their emotions. It gives you a good idea of all the different kind of stuff people are dealing with internally. And oftentimes those apply to you as well, so there's plenty of chance to take away something useful.
