@deviantollam I mean you do understand that this is the bog standard way the federal government takes comments because of the Paperwork Reduction Act and something else because otherwise we'd have the IRS using id.me to ensure you're a real person before commenting and the Department of Crushing the Dreams of Youth would have a website last updated in 1997 because of an appropriations fight between two now dead Senators that was never resolved, but is being accidentally carried forward because of an off by one error in the 'block that thing' code?
@deviantollam based on the opening paragraph and given that it's about AI I can only assume they want them as letters that are hand written or done on a typewriter and mailed in to reduce the chances of them being inundated by responses from chatbots.
