@vertana It's truly exhausting to see that all of these big social networks simply don't like people saying their decisions are stupid. It'll inevitably kill the platform. I just hope whatever fediverse technology they move to can scale accordingly.
@barasaint Agreed. An solid, polished mobile app is a must as well for stuff like Lemmy and Kbin.

@vertana I'm also skeptical (read: cynical and thinking very very poorly of them) about how redditors will adapt to distributed ecosystems. Several masto admins were very unhappy that people were reporting every single little thing instead of just blocking people.

I wouldn't be entirely surprised if something similar happened with Lemmy and/or Kbin.

@barasaint yeah, that goes back to admins and moderators. If the population sticks, it will most likely lead to tighter federation circles I imagine.
