Suspect-Similar@penfount Bought a nib from some italian guy, and he sent me a bottle of old ink. The brand is Longo, and I cannot find any info about it. Where can I find any info about old inks? #fountainpen #fountainpens

@paradoxmo No, but I can take some pictures. The bottle no longer has a label, so it's just a square bottle with a low ink level because it wasn't well closed, and most of the ink was lost. But it is a nice black ink, and I would like to find another bottle or, at least, know a little more about the brand. The seller had no information besides it is old.
@Suspect_Similar https://fountainpen.it would have been the most likely place to get info if it existed. I can only find evidence of stamp ink made by Longo on the internet, unfortunately. If you want to look around, you can look for the term “inchiostro stilografica”, that’s Italian for fountain pen ink.
@paradoxmo I've already looked for it in Italian (my Italian is still rudimentary, but I can read it without any problem) l, but without any results. I will try to post something on the fountainpen.it forum.
