Reddit CEO Steve Huffman tells The Verge that he’s fine that some of Reddit’s most-beloved third-party apps are shutting down, claiming they didn’t add value to the platform and were “subsidized” by other users.

@paul It's so funny. He acts as if Christian is the only person that benefits from Apollo. There's a shit ton of users behind that app API usage that are there because the Reddit app sucks. Apparently Reddit views the users as disposable.
