Just fresh in my mind as I watched that episode not too long ago (slowly making my way through TOS)

Shaw served in the JAG's office at Starbase 11 in 2267. That same year, she was the prosecuting attorney in the general court martial of Captain James T. Is it possible it's T'pol? Could she still be alive? According to memory Alpha some Vulcans lived to be around 220 years old, so I think she would be around 180 during SNW?
I think it has to be, and it would be so fucking cool!
Another possibility, do we know if Pike has a sister or his mother is alive? Maybe one of them is a JAG?

CeruleanRuinThere is a promo out with some scenes from Una's trial, and her advocate seems like she might be just a spotlight character of the week, not necessarily a callback to anything in particular. But I could be wrong.
