@DataDrivenMD @design_law Seeing comments like this from others, I feel like he’s criticizing DMCA *because* of what he perceives to be “overzealous” enforcement (collapsing the law itself with its enforcement into one thing).

There’s a 95% chance that if someone asked him “should we repeal the DMCA?” he’d say “yes”, even though doing that would make the situation a million times worse.

This may come as a shock to some: he probably doesn’t know what he’s taking about.
