I've received the spinning roundabout a few times, not sure if it's just due to server load.

If it's spinning, it's working on something. Chances are the post was created. Check back in a minute if it's there.

Sometimes it's just a visual glitch.

In the next time try to click in send and wait 2 to 3 minutes, then check the community (or click to see your posts in your account page) to see if the post is there.

yep, i've had replies to my comment show whilst the submission icon was still spinning
